Met All Expectations! Andy and BriskAir were timely, effective and professional, from beginning to end! We had a huge project that needed to be done. Our old air conditioner was dying, and ductwork had to be redone on a 25 year old house in order to make for the new air conditioner. Plus, a new location in the attic had to be identified. Andy did a great job, problem-solving and coming up with solutions. We went from a very noisy Rattly system that shook the entire house, and had hotspots all over the place to having a smooth quiet system with even distribution throughout the house. definitely worth the investment! They service my a/c twice a year. They’re honest and one of the most reputable outfits that I’ve come across here in South Fl. Matt, who is a Trainer/Technician told me that I have ten years of warranty on parts. Some a/c companies don’t take the time to register first time owners with their new a/c. This is a very reliable Company. You ask questions to Matt or LJ and you get honest answers. They may charge a bit more, but they stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend this Company. From the person who answers the phone to the person who serviced our broken ac unit, customer service and quality of service could not possibly have been better. These guys are the real deal and they are fantastic. I called in the morning after one of my ac units went out the night before. Heather answered the phone and immediately we had a great report. She understood that as a 51 year old woman, having my ac fixed the same day was of the utmost importance and even though they were fully booked she made sure they were able to squeeze us in and take care of my problem. Andy was our service tech and right from the moment he called me I knew I was in great hands. He was funny and obviously even more importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. He figured out what was wrong in about 2 minutes and for a more than fair price, replaced the broken part of my unit and had my air up and running again in no time. He was so neat and organized and beyond thorough. We were so impressed with the service we got we asked for a service contract moving forward. I have no doubt I chose the right company. My other unit was broken just two weeks before and I had used a different company for the repair. While they were good, there was just an obvious difference that makes me so happy I didn’t sign up for the service contract with the other company. From customer service to quality of work, Brisk Air is definitely the company I will use moving forward!!!

Much better than I had hoped for... As in the past... Brisk Air handled my A/C service call very professionally, their communication and follow-up regarding Sandil Reid, the service tech’s arrival time, was greatly appreciated. Sandil Reid was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained the issue and what was needed to fix the A/C unit to get it working again. I do think that the cost for the multiple trip charges to get the replacemetn part was excessive, as I was not told nor was it explained how that works. So, I did not know that there was a trip charge to get the part and return to my home to install the part and then another trip charge to return the defective part to where the tech had to go to get the new part.

Solved an annoying problem. Problem was a knocking in the drain line after the AC shut off. Juan showed up and diagnosed it within five minutes as being air in the drain line that is shared with the condo unit neighbor downstairs. Found out another company had installed a new unit downstairs and failed to put a trap in the drain line. Juan added a trap in neighbors drain line. Problem solved. Yet another reason why we have done business exclusively with Brisk and their predecessor for 25+ years.

Great company and service! I think Brisk Air is the best HVAC company I have ever expierenced! They show up right on time, provide great service, are very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a new Lennox inverter 23 SEER system from them about 9 months ago. The system is amazing! I am saving $50 to $70 a month over prior a prior high effficiency 18 SEER system. The Lennox is so much nicer as well. It is completely silent and keeps the house at the exact temp you set. The auto dehumidifier works absolutely great as well. I highly recommend the Lennox invertor 23 SEER system but even more highly recommend Brisk Air. They are just the best! When they installed my new system they were right on time did a great job and cleaned everything up. The owner of the company even came by to make sure everything was good and I was happy. The entire team is just fantastic! I highly highly recommend Brisk Air!
